Greece's Pornostrokia Dadaifi have returned with a new recording that continues the metal, hardcore, industrial and cyber punk style of previous releases and this is a review of their self released 2016 album "H ANATOAH TOY MINOYAYPOY".
Classical guitars start off the album and once screams are added onto the recording the music gets more heavy and melodic and you can also hear all of the musical instruments that are present on the recording and spoken word parts are used at times and when guitar solos and leads are utilized they bring in a touch of post punk and goth rock.
Elements of extreme metal can be heard in the heavier sections of the songs along with the vocals getting more aggressive while the songs add in touches of industrial and acoustic guitars also make a return in certain sections of the recording and they also bring in a cover of "Rawhide" from the 50's tv series as well as a covers of Nirvana's "Territorial Pissing's" and Dead Kennedys "Police truck and the songs also bring in a great amount of diversity.
Pornostrokia Dadaifi creates another recording that remains true to the metal, hardcore, industrial and cyber punk mixtures of their previous releases, the production sounds very dark while the lyrics cover Dadaism and political themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Pornostrokia Dadaifi and if you are a fan of metal, hardcore, industrial and cyber punk, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "All Is None" "Dallos Is God" "Police Truck and "Territorial Pissing's". 8 out of 10.
