Realms Of Odoric are an international project that plays a mixture of neo-classical and soundtrack music and this is a review of their 2016 album "Second Age" which was released by MDD Records.
Symphonic sounds start off the album and they also bring in the atmosphere of a fantasy movie soundtrack and violins are also used at times and some songs also bring in orchestras while all of the songs are very heavy influenced by classical music and touches of dungeon synth can also be heard in certain sections of the recording and some songs also bring in operatic vocals while most of the music is instrumental.
Realms Of Odoric plays a musical style that takes classical, dungeon synth and soundtrack music and mixes them together to create a sound of their own, the production sounds very professional while the theme of the album focuses on a huge fantasy world.
In my opinion Realms Of Odoric are a very great sounding mixture of neo-classical, dungeon synth and soundtrack music and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this project. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "The Lions Oath" "Pyramid Of Skulls" "Return To Ankrath' and "Odoric On the Serpent throne". 8 out of 10.
