Synsophony are a band from the United Kingdom that has been featured before in this zine with a musical style that combines dark ambient and drone with elements of black and doom metal and this is a review of their 2014 ep "Rabbit Hole" which will be released by Acephale Winter Productions.
"Rabbitt Hole" opens up with dark ambient drones. lo-fi elements and avant garde sounds as well as being different types of sounds being utilized in the background which are influenced by harsh noise, black and doom metal which then leads to spoken word samples as well as some atmospheric synths.
Song themes, cover darkness, while the production has a very dark, harsh, raw and primitive sound ti it with the only song on the ep being very long and epic in length.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Synospony and if you are a fan of dark ambient/drone with elements of black and doom metal, you should check out this ep. RECOMMENDED BUY.
