Italy's solo project Chelidon Frame has returned with a new recording which continues his mixture of experimental, ambient, drone and noise and this is a review of his 2019 album "NowHere Nowhere NoWhere" which was released by Sounds Against Humanity.
Ambient style synths start off the album while spoken word parts and field recordings can also be heard quite a bit throughout the recording. Acoustic guitars are also added into some parts of the music as well as the songs also getting very experimental and avant garde sounding at times.
Atmospheric sounding drones can also be heard quite a bit throughout the recording along with a couple of the tracks being very long and epic in length. Programmed beats are also added into certain sections of the music along with all of the tracks sounding very different from each other.
Elements of ambient noise can also be heard in some sections of the music along with a great portion of the tracks being instrumentals and as the album progresses keyboards, electric guitars and homemade instruments are added onto some of the tracks and the production sounds very dark.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from Chelidon Frame and if you are a fan of experimental, ambient, drone and noise, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "An Enquiry //Nowhere" "A Coalescence //Crowded Child" and "An Exploration // Unstable Urban Fabric". 8 out of 10.
