Klaar are a solo project from Australia that plays a mixture of experimental, electronic and dark ambient and this is a review of his 2019 ep "Sketches" which was released by Maaninen Henki Records.
Dark ambient style synths start off the ep while also adding in a variety of many different sounding keys. All of the music is also instrumental and improvised along with the music also adding in a decent amount of experimental and electronic music elements, all of the tracks sound very different from each other as well as one of the songs also being very long and epic in length and programmed beats can also be heard briefly.
Klaar plays a musical style that takes improv, experimental, electronic and dark ambient and mixes them together to create a sound of his own as well as keeping everything instrumental while the production sounds very dark.
In my opinion Klaar are a very great sounding mixture of experimental, electronic and dark ambient and if you are a fan of those musical genres, you should check out this solo project. 8 out of 10.
