End Christian are a band from Pennsylvania that has been featured before in this zine and plays a mixture of blackened noise, experimental, ambient, psychedelic and drone and this is a review of their 2018 album "Bach Part One" which was released by Translation Loss Records.
Clean vocals start off the album along with some elements of trip hop a few seconds later while the drum beats are all programmed along with the solos and leads being done in a very melodic style when they are utilized as well as some tracks also adding in touches of electronic music.
Psychedelic elements can also be heard in certain sections of the recording while some tracks also add in ambient soundscpaes and drones and when heavy riffs are utilized they add in a touch of black metal as well as all of the tracks being very experimental and sounding different from each other.
On this recording End Christian take electronic, experimental, ambient, drone, trip hop, psychedelia and a touch of black metal to create something very original, the production sounds very professional while the lyrics cover dark, philosophical and real life themes.
In my opinion this is another great sounding recording from End Christian and if you are a fan of blackened noise, experimental, ambient, psychedelic and drone, you should check out this album. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Hamilton Two" "Certs" "Venison Thaw" and "Altered For Concern". 8 out of 10.
