To Tread The Darker Paths are a solo project from Tennessee that plays a mixture of black ambient and noise and this is a review of his 2020 ep "Endless Catacombs" which was released by Nailed Nazarene Industries.
Dark sounding noises start off the ep while the only track that is presented on the recording is over 11 minutes in length. All of the music is also instrumental along with the music being very repetitive and primitive sounding while also capturing the darkness of black ambient without the use of any traditional musical instruments.
To Tread The Darker Paths plays a musical style that takes black ambient and noise and mixes them together to create a sound of his own and the production also sounds very dark.
In my opinion To Tread The Darker Paths are a very great sounding mixture of black ambient and noise and if you are a fan of those musical genre, you should check out this solo project. 8 out of 10.
