TAL are a solo project form Finland that plays a mixture of experimental, electronic and medieval music and this is a review of his album "Sapiduz" which will be released in 2022 by Om Sound.
Electronic orientated synths start off the album while also mixing a medieval atmosphere in with the more modern era. Operatic vocals can also be heard briefly along with the songs also adding in a decent amount of programmed beats and one track also adds in a brief use of the sound of bells ringing.
At times the music also gets very experimental and avant garde sounding while the synths also add in a variety of many different sounding keys. All of the tracks sound very different from each other along with the songs also adding in a good mixture of male and female vocals as well as one song also introducing elements of modern dance music onto the recording.
TAL plays a musical style that takes experimental, electronic and medieval music and mixes them together to create a sound of his own. The production sounds very dark while the song themes cover situations and installations.
In my opinion TAL is a very great sounding mixture of experimental, electronic and medieval music and if you are fan of those musical genres, you should check out this solo project. RECOMMENDED TRACKS INCLUDE "Noizbiz" "Chromosphere" "Oraculum" and "Sapiduz". 8 out of 10.
